Maybe let things play out, and if the Edge rushers don't pan out than criticize Poles. He has his view and you yours, still need time to see who is right.

Poles is really the head coach of the team too. Eberflus is just happy to be in the room…I don’t blame him but he’s definitely riding the wave cuz he know the team is stacked. 🤣 #BearDown

Poles won’t be out there calling defensive plays on Sundays. Eberflus made the defense as good as it was at the back of last season. Poles is just being a great GM.

This team seems weak, looks lost ,, has no identity! And with poles and eberflus, DOES NOT feel like a bears team! The NFL is fake! And Taylor's swift winning the super bowl against the 49ers proved it! I had doubts with the 90 pints come back in the 4th quarter (patriots vs falcons) but it sealed it!

I still view poles as a 60-40 guy 60% good decisions, 40% bad or non-decisions. He sits on his hands for 40% of the decisions and those are the ones that can lose you enough games to keep you from making the playoffs in my opinion. He needs to be all in on the offensive line with a true center and another starting defensive end.
