Hi Mr.Ticks, great review as always. With regards to glucose monitoring, blood glucose increasing or spiking does not have to trend with eating or drinking. When it gets too low like during a fast or on keto the liver will convert body fat into glucose to stop the body becoming hypoglycemic. When I fast for 24 hours I still get two or three elevations in my blood blood glucose. It's called gluconeogenesis. I feel the watch does correctly indicate blood glucose trends. Hope this helps
Wow, there is so much to know about this stuff. I had no idea. Thanks for that background. It really is important for each person to verify the readings for themselves as you have. Really appreciate you taking the time to educate us.
Hi there, thanks for your informative comment about gluconeogenesis. I agree that could be happening, but it shouldn't be three equal spikes that coincide with normal meal times while you're fasting. And the most obvious indicator of fakes in the case of my E400 / E500 / W11 smartwatches is that the glucose curve goes *down* after I eat a single meal a day late at night (because it's plotting a fake spike after a typical person's 6:00pm meal).
This is the one I got and the readings were soooo bad. I was soooo sad and upset. Had to toss it. Still on the lookout for a real good ECG live on screen watch with good battery.
Oooooh and another thing, mine didn't work with the LIVE ECG on watch where it showed me if everything was good. Just did the line and then heart rate. Maybe mine was a dud.
Yea, I think you may have a defective unit. For me the ECG works great, and locks in really fast with very little noise. Give it awhile for the strait line to start showing data. It seems to need to do an internal calibration before busting loose with an ECG chart and derived heart rate.
I just made a glucose test. With my glucomètre 186 because I ate. With the watch 129. It's possible the the color of my skin was not correctly calibrated because I have been sunbathing last month. But up to now, no real match
Yes it will, but it's practically identical to the original HBand app. I use the two apps when I have two watches tethered at the same time since both apps will only allow one watch to be active at a time.
You should test the yellow strap. What you think about yellow strap then white? Does the white strap get easy dirty wodering buy with yellow because I wanted to get black but always have black.. Now I have white on my amazfit. Has the watch NFC i think the website show no
Great video sir. Request is pl do 10 Fasting blood glucose measurement using good Gloucester and compare it with watch fasting sugar reading. Similarly please do 10 2 hour post meal measurement using Gloucester and from.your watch and compare. Please do a gross weighted average error between these 2 and if it is less than +- 15% i think this is OK . Also u can do calibration in watch from Gloucester reading n pl do and give a result and put a video sir
Smartwatch like vaccine have different packing but same BOL this watch also do Laser Therapy at $25 along with so called health monitoring . Set at 10 min time and use few hour self and then a senior citizen you see results.
