I do feel their personality traits are influence by what animal they are. Not just carnivores and herbivores, but even their breed. Louis projects strength, refusing to admit he's hurt even if he really should get his leg looked at. Haru's actions are greatly influenced by being a dwarf rabbit and a small one at that. And Legoshi has his own can of worms brought on by his heritage.

Carnivore herbivore strength different is pretty significant in this anime a carnivore can break a herbivore limb by accident if they push or pull to hard

Someone probably said it before, but the creator of the Beastars manga and subsequently the anime, is the daughter of the creator or Baki The Grappler.

I expected you to analyze Louis' character and speculate upon his motives and personality, since you witnessed a bit of his aspirations and his thoughts about carnivores and herbivores. Him trying to get through this terrible injury and showing a brave dominant front to everyone else was maybe my favorite moment in this episode.

Love you guy's reactions! By the way, this anime is based on a manga, so the concept of having animal characters was done by the original mangaka Paru Itagaki.

I feel that Lindsay has a much more open mind about the story in relation to Carson until now, some of the thoughts she shared in the 1st episode really impressed me! Carson has to pay a little more attention to the story. Ps:Now watch all their reaction and forget that:Carson is start to understand the situatuon of the series better too.

I agree with Carson's view that this would be best watched with the first episode. If anything with Netflix shows being made with the idea of binging the first 3 episode watched together was probably the studios idea, maybe. Also yeah this show really took full advantage of the 3-D

well the shadow isn't STRICTLY violence. It's merely the side of yourself you hide from others, the parts of your thoughts, personality etc you do not wish to acknowledge/do not like, and the front you present to others is a mask or persona you project for others, where your real self is basically somehwere in the middle of those two points.
