I have done 1000kms on my Beastboard with no issues. I believe the 12S ESC and motor’s are from hobbywing from other reviews done on the board. Customer service was good as for me when wanted to get some extra cables for a deck swap. It’s a great board if compare to the competition at the price point and not put it against boards twice the price. If have any Evolve 97mm wheels I encourage you to give them a try as torque increases and heaps more fun. Keep up the great work with your detailed reviews 👍

@@Ramatorix with tried and tested hobbywing esc and motor’s, 12S4P battery with solid range and the comfortable 110mm wheels included for $599 I got it as best bang for your buck board. Even though unbranded, the trucks are stable at top speed along with it being a new company I see they are the key unknowns. If you look at what you get for the price with the beastboard, would you say that the other boards like the Eovan and Onsra are in the range of double the price are twice as good? I think you have been lucky to get hold of more premium boards to test as not much I have found that interesting in the budget range 🤣

@@TheLozzm i would not even start to compare beastboard with onsra or eovan. I agree that bang for the buck the beastboard is really starting to stand out. With that said you asked if the other boards are worth the extra money in my opinion. To that I say yes without a doubt. Everyone is different and has different likes and dislikes. For my style of riding I like dkp trucks better than single. Thats not taking anything away from beastboard. If I only had 600 to spend on a board then the other boards are unobtainable. They are two separate classes. I can love my honda civic si but still want a camaro zl1 at the same time.

@@TheLozzm i am also not saying there is anything wrong with the components they use. In my first video I said they used generic parts. This is to keep the cost down. A lot of times name brand parts cost more and most of the cost is for the name. I had a comment that got a little upset because I said generic parts.

@@Ramatorix just having some fun as I 100% agree that it’s worth paying more depending on someone’s unique needs. That’s why I have a custom build underway that will have big motors and will geared to top out at 70kmph. So the beastboard will go to the kids to ride as perfect for them with the 110mm wheels 👌

I have 400 on one beastboard. They are great. Good off road TQ. MILES, COMFORT, STYLE! BEASTBOARD is a great board for all riders. We have tested and still testing with no I'll remarks. We currently are testing 3 boards range with 3 different riders style and weight!

@@Ramatorix yeah, thanks, my 2 girls are thw most active riders in thw fam, my boy had 2 spills and dont want much to do with boards now,lol. He rides a scooter now, hopefully he gets back on The boards soon. Nothing better than Family group rides. My wife also rides but when in the mood. We'll see soon weather its starting to be good. 300 miles on my board. I use it all year round in the Midwest. (Rain, snow, crap roads) I had a problem with my original battery after 100 miles. Really good customer service helped me trouble shoot, but I needed a new battery anyways. The new battery and the rest of the board is holding up awesome.

This is a more honest review than your last, thanks for the info. Remove the viper wheels and use 97mm urethane wheels instead, night and day difference with the ride stability, it will coast, there will be gobs of torque and range increase!! I have 5 eskates this the cheapest, fastest and has range to hang with the best of mid-tier board, great value for money

make sure to check the motor gear grub screws... I had to take mine out then wire brush them clean and apply new loctite because mine came loose and it started clicking... I ended up ordering all new stainless steel hardware and some extra stuff to make the board look better and stronger.. will be replacing the "stock" grub screws/motor screws/truck screws and all the nuts.. also will be adding washers everywhere with also some aluminum anodized screw caps and some front and rear light's and finally Bearings for zealous and some nice looking grip tape

Fantastic range for this board. 12S4P 25R cells and 12S HW ESC for this price is not bad. Would have been nice to see how it would do up hills.By the way, I have never had a belt snap.. Lol. Take care

John thanks for the comment. I think I will take it to the hill of hurt feelings soon lol. I see belts like a spare tire on a car. I have had to change a tire once in 25 years of driving. But i still never drive without one lol. I also have an extra screw kit, pulley bearings, and wheels bearings in my bag. I learned my lesson on the wowgo when the wheel passed me 7 miles away from my truck. I am just a worry wart.

I have under 15 miles and I had 1 motor replaced as it was making a clicking noise. Bad motor but beast board replaced it for free. So I'm happy so far. But again I replaced a bad large bearing and replaced all small wheel bearings to bones red. Also replaced the rubber washers in the rear as mine were bad and already worn out. But for 600 it's not bad. And I'm a onewheel rider more so.

I have to ask about the clicking noise. Did you try tightening the grub screw on the motor pulley? The wowgo I had was notorious for the grub screw coming loose and it would make a clicking noise every time. So if that happens on a belt board again check that screw. @@Ramatorix yeah. I did all the testing. Checked the grub screw the locking ring the belts. After more use the clicking got louder. Replaced and all good

@@DykeDesign I had a kit of them from Amazon I got awhile ago. I checked the rubber washer after a few miles and seems to be ok so far. If need to be replaced with something stronger then I can look for it at an auto parts store.

I've got 1100 miles on mine original everything besides had to contact them to get my battery replacement do to moisture got inside of the plastic cover

Hello! 😉 I bought this board and sold it after a quick test . I was not satisfied of it . In my opinion , It's not a board that is made to last . I tried to adjust the belt but it was impossible , the screws were bad quality and ” impossible” to remove . I was having some latency issue with the remote and the board during acceleration . The quality of the wood is very light . If you look closer too the wheels , you can see some thin cracks on there cores (the plastic is probably too hard and/or not good enough ) , brakes are not enough powerful for me, ... There is some good things about that board : the battery is made with good cells and give a good range , the flexibility of the wheels that gives you a smooth ride , the price perhaps but not sure , the customer support that is pretty good (they answering fast and solve problems quickly ). I think that they have to improve there board quality . I have a Meepo that I prefer by far ; not perfect but much better .

I wanted to share my experience to advise some customers , like me , who are a little bit more demanding . Every review about that board on RU-vid were too enthousiastic , as if it was the perfect board or the board to have . I bought the board thinking that it was perfect and I was a little bit disappointed . It's not the quality that I expected . I think it was the right place to put my comment because your review is more nuanced and moderate. 😊👍🏼

A lot of boards have screws so tight you cannot remove them. You cannot adjust belt tension on a backfire zealot or exway flex either...

How do you like the wheels compared to clouds?

I feel Cloudwheels absorb a little better and i like 105mm more than 110mm. I dont know if it is the height of the board or the wheels but I am more confident on cloudwheels. I thinks its like the board. If you can afford cloudwheels then go with those. If you want a cheaper alternative but still some of the benefits go with the beastboard wheels. Hope this helps, thanks for the questions. Again this is just my opinion and have no scientific data to back it up lol.

I think this video showed a lot and I do not think you were too hard on the board in the first one.One thing about generic though, just because you put your logo or name on trucks and motors does not make them special. The DKP trucks of the Onsra is used by many other Chinese boards and the motors are also Chinese sourced with Onsra logo on them.

I 100% agree. I said that not in a negative. Only to say they were saving money and keeping the price low by using generic parts. Sorry that was not clear. The onsra, eovan and verreal all use the same generic motors with their logo on it lol.

@@Ramatorix And no your right on with 12 S there is nothing out right now 12 S in that price range, seems to put out more power . The W2 they say it's like a standard hobby wing with out bieng tweeked . IT'S OK nothing to write home about performance.

Wow! 19mi on a 432wh battery!? Color me impressed. Still, if you save up a couple hundred more, you could get a verreal, ownboard... the list goes on. Yes if you are firm on the $600 this is a really good option for the "starter/hobby/toy" category.
