I have been supressed the majority of my life in the matter related to perfectionism, diagnosis, hard upbringing, bad carma or less ability to follow my innerself and because of that, now when I finaly figured out, when I settled, when I started to look inwards I am so happy to be able to follow the perfectionist side of myself that I can not take the advice. Maby it is true that it doesnt leed to sucess but it makes me happy, although for the most of time i know when to stop. It doesnt at least till yet driving me crazy.. I like taking the lead of perfectionism, in some way it makes me a better person. I know, I know... But isnt it true that we all striwe to be better and that's also the point.. So, in my case, I am not setteling for mediocre. Excuse my bad english, I'm not a native. Love you ❤

Really enjoyed this podcast! Ironically, I have been recognizing that I have been struggling with both perfectionism and procrastination lately, and just as I have been looking into books and articles on how to overcome perfectionism, this video was posted! What synchronicity 😊 As always, I love your content Kalyn. I will be checking out Thomas Curran's book, sounds insightful!
