I do not have VR right now, but I like the idea of games like that for workout. So I use videos like this to basically "pretend play" while working out. Your video fits the bill for it very nicely, because it is long enough, first person camera and reasonable difficulty. So I would imagine you struck niche of people who look for videos like that to workout. Most of other videos use third-person camera from the side and are meant to be just watched, this one can be followed along.

I do the same, put on some wrist weights and mimmick the game for some chill exercise.

just buy an oculus quest its full wireless and has beat saber on it with some other really good games and you dont need a pc and you dont have to set up sensors in your room its full wireless
