Neat little game, too bad it didn't last but a year (2 if you count a revival in 1968 that ran till 69). I think bonus game coulda been made better if they offered a bailout after each word instead of it being all or nothing. But other than that solid game with an interesting twist forcing contestants to challenge words vs. them being done so automatically. Kinda like modern sports.
The show actually lasted two years on KTLA, Los Angeles. Mike Stokey was the original host and Dennis James replaced him after a year. The show announcer was long time KTLA newsman Stan Chambers, who did just about everything in his career at KTLA.
