Thanks for posting this, I didn’t know that Chuck Henry had experience doing game shows before 1989 when he did NYSI, I remember him doing the news on WMAQ here in Chicago back in the 70’s, one thing I did note at the end of the credits it said it was a “Carruthers Company Production” and we all know who produced Second Chance and Press Your Luck so perhaps in the 70’s maybe they couldn’t use the term Whammy on Second Chance like they did on Beat The Odds, who knows but I thought it was interesting using the term Whammy.
Stan Worth did the music for this show, "High Rollers" (1974-76, 1978-80), "Hollywood Squares" (1979-81), "Let's Make a Deal" (1976-77), "Celebrity Sweepstakes" (theme 1), "To Say the Least" (1977-78), "Give-n-Take" (1975), "Split Second" (1972-75), and "Las Vegas Gambit" (revival of "Gambit"), (1980-81).
Chuck Henry was a reporter at KABC when this pilot aired, it was taped at ABC Television Center (now Prospect Studios) and the late Johnny Jacobs was the announcer.
