@@jael3177 Gotta differentiate between the product and the advertising. Bras and tampons are marketed towards women because the physique of most women can use them. For most men, they would not serve any purpose. Therefore, they're not a gender-neutral product. Make-up that can fulfill its job of covering irregular complexion and contouring the face on both women and men may be marketed towards women because, culture, but could just as well be used by men, making the product itself, not the advertising, gender-neutral. As proven by "we used different packaging and hyper-masculine wording so they'll buy it" War Paint. It's the same product with different marketing.
