What can one say to a story like Bambi’s? It’s sad and inspiring at the same time. What her story does is force us to look at what we fear most, losing our memories. Watching loved ones go through it seems so unfair. Through challenging times we will either rise to become better as individuals, or crumble underneath the pressure. Bambi rose to the occasion, and has shown me what we are capable of with love in our hearts. I learned that giving up is an option. Thank you Bambi for joining the PHC family with your story! I know it broadened my understanding of alzheimer’s and what it takes for a family to get through it. Hopefully others will learn something from your story too.
This series is about documenting lives. Though they may be considered regular people, they have amazing stories to share.
