Probably because when he transitions to phase 2 his health gets SET to a specific amount. So even though the healthbar is 10x larger it only get's filled 1/10th of the way as that is what it is programmed to be at.
I just had this fight and man was it one of the best bosses i've ever done. It made me want to beat it again. Another thing, did V1 just showed Gabriel the finger in 2:00 or is it a vissual bug? Depending on the answer it may be the best game ever
I was so dissapointed when act 2 gabriel took me 2 tries and something like 10 minutes to beat on violent difficulty when act 2 released, honestly gabriels health needs to be increased
@@afs7863 tbh I love fighting gabriel I remember seeing a video talking about how alot of players are ruining ultrakill for themselves by playing to much and getting too good so they couldn't properly enjoy the game. It will be easy for you since you probably got very good when there was only act 1 and now act 2 was too easy and that's a con of early access games cause the game is made update by update till the full games comes out where it's meant to be beaten act after act with a increasing difficulty
