Once you reach a certain level, it's pretty much impossible for any boss to kill you if you know how to zone them out, which I think is a good takeaway for less experienced players. Learning to avoid attacks and see enemy patterns is one of the most important aspects of Ultrakill, and this fight really shows how unkillable you are even against the tankiest and strongest of foes.
This is mostly true, although pattern recognition really only becomes important in P1, 3-2, or 6-2. Every other boss can be brute forced without putting deeper thought into it. I hope Hakita adds more tough but fair bosses like those 3.
@@yoshidude64595 very true, though I think interestingly the cyber grind can be added to that list, although not for any specific pattern as the mode is very random, but rather because it turns into a bullet hell session at ~wave 30 and knowing how to deal with that is the same sort of skill as dealing with minos spacing, with off stage juggling and midair miniboss elimination (mindflayer, insurrectionist, ferryman, and so on)
Can confirm, my first P-1 clear came largely off the back of patience and liberal parrying. It took me something like two dozen attempts, but I figured it out eventually!

I actually have an idea, a boss which can parry attacks that don't do pierce damage and turn them into railcannon-esque attacks, and the only way to attack him with weapons that don't do pierce damage will be to use coins against the parried attacks to do chargebacks.
its so much scarier to fight him after "WEAK" because it is impossible to parry his physical attacks after that AND due to the fact that he has increased hp
A filth has 0.5 HP, So a filth with 10x health would have 5, the same amount as a Schism (I know it was a joke it was just an interesting thing I found while looking up the filths HP)
