Beating Hardcore Minecraft with 1 Heart

Is it possible to beat Minecraft on Hardcore Mode with 1 Heart? This means killing the ender dragon without taking any damage. Even falling 4 blocks or more would kill me on impact. I also only have 1 life due to being on Hardcore.
Like Fantst Beating Minecraft with One Slot or rekrap2 Can you beat Minecraft in Adventure Mode? This Minecraft Hardcore video was crazy intense as I pull off Minecraft clutches to survive.

I use better bows and mini items by Ewan Howell, custom totem 1.19 slim and some small vanilla tweaks (ore borders, lower fire, hunger preview etc.)
