This fan game is so fun while it lasted. I still haven't tried beating Raiden Shogun on first encounter.
In this video you can see when you can deal damage to her. The safest way might be downward slashes while jumping. But hey this is something you should figure out yourself.
Kinda ironic how this minigame is more exciting than the current state of Genshin Impact.
Anyway it seems that Kokomi being utterly useless is the one true canon.
