27 Hours. 13 Separate Recordings. Thousands of Rounds. And four weeks of pain.
Those are the words I would happily use to describe my time wandering The Zone. Back in late March I made the decision to revisit another virtual land covered in radiation and replay S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow of Chernobyl. But rather than play through the game like a normal person I made the wise decision to grab the first PMm I could get my hands on and let that be my workhorse for the entire game whether I liked it or not.
That very decision would send me through a spiral of nonsense that would cause me to grow more and more frustrated by a game that seemed to be actively working against me no matter how much I tried to work around it.
Sit back, relax, crack open a bottle of whatever adult beverage is in your immediate vicinity, and join me in what feels like my most headache inducing challenge run to date.

First off I love the video and appreciate the death counter. Second what was in the bottle on the table next to you? Also how about a video where you beat New Vegas with either The Humble Cudgel or Figaro weapons only?

The bottle was meant to be Vodka. Granted I didn't put much labeling on it. I'll look into the Figaro weapons, font think I've heard of those.

The bracket keys are for quick heals and bandages, doesn't do you any good knowing that now; same in Clear Sky iirc, but the f1-f4 keys are now quick use items in Call of Pripyat (bandages, med kits, energy drinks, etc.)

Also you can bind them to more easily reached keys in the binds screen of the options menu. That way you're not constantly moving your hand across the keyboard.

I've played this game so many times... but only recently found out there's a stash with 9x18 bullets near the starting village. Leave the bunker, go south and somewhere in the bushes there.s at least hundred of them iirc. That would help me in my previous playthroughs, oh well.

The radio filter makes it a little harder to understand what you're saying, partly because it sounded quieter. Some music and sfx were extremely loud though so I couldn't turn the video up to hear the radio filter voice over.
