All Trees In-Depth TimeStamps 5:52 - We almost got this category on the leaderboard, but after debate amongst the tree runners, we realized the tree(s) in THI are two separate and not the same tree. So a lot of runs became invalidated because they only touched one tree and we fell short of the informal requirement to get on (~12 runs). 6:43 - MISINFORMATION!!! The Chip Clip was discovered in October 2021. The All Trees (former) WR by NarkMan was set in SEPTEMBER 2022! ChipClip was around, just wasn't used. 7:35 - Ahhhhhh. The Only Two categories SBLJ is allowed = 10x DDD Skip and 15⭐ - so thank goodness Simply never completed a run with SBLJ (loving all the tree puns you son of a birch) 21:32 - favorite soundbite of this whole saga. Once you're locked into the trees, the love and affinity grow bigger than the Giant Sequoia. 22:52 - MORE MISINFORMATION (saw the stream). After accidentally picking up the B.O.B Reds star with 94 Coins in a 120 attempt - there were Two attempts before THE RUN!! Epilogue: The official WR time is 19m46.749s. Simply running All Trees re-ignited interest in the community, All Trees Is Now An Official Category on SPEEDRUN .COM and SIMPLY IS ONCE AGAIN, A WORLD RECORD MARIO 64 RUNNER 🥲 THANK YOU @Simply FOR RUNNING ALL TREES and GGs on WR you Stud!! 💚🌳💚🌳

I was just thinking the other day that I would love to see an all one-ups speedrun. They can be in tricky spots, and they do move around a bit and are hidden, so I think there is some visual interest to that.

Good point. A roast chicken from Costco is still poultry. So both logs and the bridge kick at the top of Whomp's should count. Maybe you can make a hybrid "All Wood" category that includes all signs and all doors. And stomping all the logs like the ones in BBB.

2 new categories for ya: All doors (using that new glitch to open the door near the momma penguin) And No Extra Coins. So a category where you do a 70 or 120 star run where, you do all the 100 coin and red coin stars, but you don't collect ever collect anything OTHER than 100 coins. So no ending a level with 3 coins, no ending it with 101 coins. No extra coins. I thought of this because Mario has to wait for the 100 coins to count down to 0 after the level is done, which wastes seconds. I wonder how much time would be saved if you avoided every extra coin... probably not much, because you'd prolly have to do extra, slower movement, to dodge em all
