Beating The Blues: Hues of Natabhairavi 

Welcome to NUS Indian Instrumental Ensemble's online series, Beating The Blues!
Beating The Blues is an initiative by the members of NUS IIE to share some good music in hopes of lifting your moods during these trying times. The members have collaborated together to bring you all various songs and medleys.
Week 3's performance is a medley of compositions in the ragam Natabhairavi. The medley starts with the krithi ‘Sri Valli Devasenapathe’ by Papanasam Sivan, set in Adi Tala. This is then followed by a string of famous film songs, ‘Teri Meri’, ‘Snehithane' and 'Yen Iniya Pon Nilave’. This medley is performed by Preeta (Veena) and Sandhya (Violin).
