Sunday July 10th was a pretty hot day in Denver. Temps hit about 100 degrees. If you are from Azirona that's not so bad, but for us its pretty warm. Took the dogs and headed up the highest trail in Colorado. The summit is about 13,200 feet above sea level. Temps up there were 50 degree and pretty windy. Luckily we didn't see any lightning and only encountered a little rain. It felt good to be cold for a change.
