Just gotta say i appreciate the review as everyone is raving about both speakers right now. However at 3:10 ish you mention how the Flip uses Bluetooth 5.1 for a "more reliable" connection. The Pill uses Bluetooth 5.3 the latest standard so its not "less reliable" in comparison surely. You then later mention at around 3:30 that the flip has teh ability to connect with other flips for a bigger sound and the Pill cant do this. Actually the Pill can but only with another one of the same kind. It can be used in Amplify mode for bigger sound or in Stereo with one being left and one as the right. Please do all your research before you do a review so people get all the right info to best make a choice on which to buy
The Flip 6 not only can connect to one other flip 6 it can connect to all other JBL speakers that have the party boost. Here's a list of speakers that can connect together using party boost : JBL Flip 5 JBL Flip 6 JBL Pulse 4 JBL Pulse 5 JBL Xtreme 3 JBL Boombox 2 JBL Boombox 3 JBL Charge 5. You can connect up to 100 speakers together with party boost but for stereo group it's only two speakers, so JBLs speakers are quite versatile.
I just bought the beats pill. I love it so much. I had the JBL flip 6 before. They are both really good speakers but me being in the apple ecosystem, the beats is more suitable for me.
@@Gianni-tn2xg Yes love it! The Sony has a better form factor than the Beats or JBL. It's more stable on it's side as well as being able to fire upwards and it can be placed like a water bottle much easier. Also the carrying ropes allow for many more ways to hold or hang it. I can dance full out while holding the Sony without worrying about dropping it lol.
