Make sure you fish right up on the port wall. Flounder can also be caught in the marsh behind the new big bridge going into Beaufort during the summer.

Next time your in that area switch to finger mullet or small spot and croaker, work right along the port wall drifting along the bottom also behind the fender system between the high rise and trestle. Plenty of big flounder in that spot just gotta get them good luck.

I your video, you didnt hide your fishing techniques, if you have a depth/fish finder, look for bottom structure alongside the port wall, use your same rig or 2oz buck tail jig with gulp shrimp

Use large live fresh finger mullet instead of mud minnows and you will catch flounder

Flounder like a flat bottom. Flounder are lazy and wait for moving bait. You want to be drifting or cast and retrieve.
