Join me for a walk around the gorgeous and historic Highland village of Beauly, home to the impressive ruins of a centuries-old medieval priory, one of Europe's oldest trees, Britain's shortest station platform, and links with Mary, Queen of Scots herself!
On our walk around Beauly, we pass a number of interesting landmarks, including the Lovat Scouts Boer War Memorial, Beauly Market Cross, Beauly Second World War Memorial Fountain, Beauly Elm Tree, Beauly Priory, Beauly Square, the Jolly Friar, Campbell's of Beauly Tailors, the Lovat Arms Hotel, the former Bank of Scotland, and Beauly Church.
