Victoria, we love the layout of this house!! One thing me & my wife don't like is the acreage. Don't get me wrong we understand that most developers want maximum profits, but developers, please start giving a little more acreage for that money! ( We know Victoria you're not in control of that, but developers might see this) Secondly, Victoria *** KEEP PUTTING THE ROOM & GARAGE DIMENSIONS IN YOUR VIDEOS!! We were VERY IMPRESSED by you putting this in your video!! Please do this going forward!! That gives potential buyers a quick reference of size with these areas!! I for one I'm a stickler about GARAGE SPACE as a lot of people DON'T SHOW THIS in their house presentations!! Many of us are back into the SUV market, so those dimensions are important to me & many others I'm sure!! Thank you for that!! Overall it was a nice home, but our family will need something larger, lol! Thanks again Victoria!!🤗💯

Hey Victoria, blessings. Like you, I'm an outdoor person also. The airiness & brightness of this home, feels like being outside. This property is well designed, with a functional layout (I agree, that large bonus room, can double as guess bedroom also). The owner's suite/bathroom was spectacular! Small wishes, full vanity in guess half bath (dislike pedastal sinks). Better designed closet spaces in the guess rooms. But all-in-all Victoria, love! Love! this home! Thank you!

Greetings. Not only am I a new subscriber, I've watched quite a few of your videos and this floor plan really appealed to me. This was a stellar tour and the second one that you used your voice and the cameraman and it works 👌🏽. Although I miss seeing you and God willing all is well, I must say I really like this presentation how the cameraman is able to cover more areas thoroughly and I really like when you guys open everything so that we can truly get an idea of how spaces look. I know time is of essence and I really appreciate already how you present tours. So I actually wanted to come back in to answer your questions. I really like how the house is evenly spaced and flows well and does not give off a bulky overwhelming feeling. I tend to be more of a minimalist and it's important to be able to manage your surroundings without being a slave to it but actually living and enjoy it. So with that said I can see this type of layout being able to care for and can see our family living in this type of layout. So far wouldn't change a thing unless we required to use that bonus room as a bedroom. 🌟🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🌞⚘
