Something you should know, Hydro can shut off power remotely to a house with the smart metres, the metre will still have power and probably display a code of some sort, but the house will not have anything. Have you ever noticed, a lot of the New Condo Developments here in Ontario, look a lot like what you might find in Vancouver, personally I think they look ugly. To help answer your question, yes the water will freeze, this year maybe not with the more mild weather but it’s still early, really how the water affects the foundation all depends on how deep the water gets.

Hi Branden. I wonder if they made 2 bedrooms into a large master. I thought the black stairs didn’t match. I would have at least had them all match in color/hardwood. At least the owners left it clean( before dead spiders 🕷 etc). The hardwood floors were still shiny. The sliding door to the garage was weird.The water in the basement was nasty. Stay safe

Nice house flooring tiles in bathroom ! Who would want to confiscate a shower head for any reason. It's flooded obviously so what's to become of it???
