I was born in Detroit in 1964 and raised on Motown music. I've never seen, or heard, a talent like Angelina. She's an evolutionary leap in vocalists.

AJ just turned 18 on Jan. 10, 2024, one can only imagine what is in the future, and we know it will be phenomenal after experiencing her version of Unchained Melody from Oslo, Norway with the KORK Orchestra for the Nobel Peace Prize recipient this last December. Sherry, if I may, just one clarification. You mentioned if you know more about her she will draw you in. Er, that's not exactly right. She actually draws you in before you know anything about her and your brain kept repeating to itself, "What just happened? What just happened?" THEN, when you find out 'who she is' you understand her love is in your heart and, once there, it will never leave. Skipping ahead like you did must have shocked you when you saw how she looks today. She is a beautiful young lady and everyone of us feel a personal connection to her and I truly believe she can spread her love to everyone who listens to her sing. And that means EVERYONE. Sooner than later, everyone in the world will know who Angelina Jordan is.

I have nothing if I don’t have you: I have been on this earth for now 76 years and experienced great vocalist but none the likes of Angelina Jordan. It is not just her unique voice it is her total being that moves me and others like no one else can. AJ has the rare talent to translate and manipulate a song so that it penetrates what we refer to as a soul. Whitney singing “I Have Nothing” never affected me like AJ version does.

Angelina has been writing songs since she was 10 years 0ld - So far 12 have been released: Oslo, What is Life?, Shield, Million Miles, 7th Heaven, Love Don't Let Me Go, Now I'm The Fool, Fire and Rain, All My Fault, Good in Goodbyes, Diamond, and Our Time. Angelina has stated that she has written about 100 songs that have yet to be released. Her songs are taken from her Journal writings. When she was 10/11 she rewrote the Lyrics to Amy Winehouse's Back to Black and Rehab to make them more age appropriate at that time.

Her covers are sensational and she is able to cover anyone and make it her own while staying true to the original artist. Angelina, I agree has a very soulful deep warm breathy voice that just gravitates to her listeners and dives deep into their hearts and souls. They say that Angelina is timeless and that's true in the sense that she is such a vintage, nostalgic and classic singer.
