That’s a lovely idea thank you. I’d definitely need to widen it towards the hips though as it’s quite a fitted top and there’s absolutely no stretch in the cotton. The more I look at it though, the more I think I may actually make it into a quilt!! I don’t really want to cut into it after all!!

Ooh thank you, fab ideas there! I’ve actually wanted to make the Chelsea tee for years, thanks for the reminder! And also for reminding me about the peppermint trousers, I have those and may well use them for the shorts if I don’t have enough fabric for the pomonas which are fabric hungry. I’ve gone off the idea of cutting up the Versace fabric after all, so it’s going back into the stash for now 🫣😂

Ah thank you!! Ooh yes that’s one of my favourite fabrics. I don’t know where you’re from but it was from Barry’s Fabrics in Birmingham. It was about a year ago, but it may be worth you emailing them to ask if they still have it? Let me know how you get on if you do try to track it down!!

Ooh yes it would definitely look good in that pattern, but I’m pretty sure that the fabric is too stiff to drape well unfortunately. That’s why I’ve struggled to find a dress pattern for it, it’s more like a fine quilting cotton to be honest. 🤔 thank you!! 🥰
