Our Heavenly Father LORD God who created the Light so we could be and that man could act. Everyone wants the fake reality. Crying over something that isn't real. While our Heavenly Father has given everything to show us what's real. All He wants is His Children back. When will people realise what's going on in the world today. This is a great divide of the light and dark. Good and evil. Time people got their head out of what's not real and looked at what is. There's going to be a huge awakening soon. Well this is the day after Christmas. I’m 77 and have no grandchildren of my own. I do have one son, age 53 and a lovely daughter in-law but no children. This is a truthful, beautiful film on growing old. We all have this decline of body and the film showed his determination to achieve the thought of being able to lift his lovely grandchild. He still a handsome gentleman, but has a terrific mind and spirit to attain his self respect. Bravos to whoever made this film everyone should have a chance to view it during Christmas week till Feast of Three Kings at least, January 6th. Thank you, can you tell I had a tear or two?
I have grandchildren and was lucky to have them all for 10 years at my house.but my daughter came into alot of money and didnt need us any more.keeping grandkids away from you when you have been there since they were born is cruel.dont know why they do it.my eldest grandaughter texts me now at 28 But my tears are the memories left behind

I'm so sad for you I sadly havnt seen my granddaughters since they were 5..10..15 I know now my first grandaughter is 30 she got in touch recently she has wonderful memories from 15 of xmas and holidays weekends with us as family and we have 2 great grandchildren oldest 8.i cried buckets through a selfish daughter I have lost years with my grandaughters..I could understand if we had done something terrible had a row etc.but my daughter on losing her husband at 32 came ianto alot of money and financial security she moved a boyfriend in after only 3 months.i had to tell her the children needed time as the eldest didnt like it and started to cut her arms.i was shown door and told it's time for her to live her life.i thought maybe after her constant holidays she would settle and realise about her girls.no life was about only herself.today all her children dont live at home.so they not only lost thier dad when the biggest payout the docks ever paid came in.they lost thier mum us and thier cousins.i would like to say when your first grandchild arrives it's most beautiful sight and love overwhelms you.but you realise they are your sons.but wonderful all lost because of money.

Well I did beautiful xmas for my girls then thiers now they couldnt give a shit about thier dad or .myself.i look at my husband who worked 3 jobs to give them everything we didnt.but it's our fault they grew up selfish .greedy parents.but we have each other and our memories noone with all the money they have now.will get the joy of working hard to see thier smiles on xmas morning.they had damn good parents and nan.one day they may think of someone except themselves.

We know we done best we could.i cherished my mum and dad sadly gone.they gave us little as I was one of 7 but I nursed my mum for 10 yrs miss her everyday.but thank you.
We were poor as dogshit.I had 5 brothers and a loving Mother (thank God), but Dad truly made Christmas magical.For the life of me I don't know how he did it....
You're young yet. I noticed how each time the man's female neighbor saw what he was doing she'd look at him as if she was going to roll her eyes. It tickled me that he wasn't concerned with her looks & by no means deterred. I wanted to cheer him on for his determination & grit.

the oldish man is me and my husband. Taking on climbing the hills on this old farm, not recognizing the old face we see in the mirror. Sadly this year we have no family visits as we are all importantly focused on surviving the pandemic. We keep our hopes and dreams pinned on the future with a goal to be able to spend time together again. Meanwhile we trudge onward on this old farm, somedays using a very old set of snowshoes as we tackle the even older back hills and trails. “Keep moving moving moving.....”
"I think I can" was always a phrase that my mother instilled in us. She loves "The Little Engine That Could"story. You just keep putting one foot down in front of the other. That rings a bell on another movie that I grew up loving. LOL!

Yes the UK has had some good commercials. I loved the one about Buster the Boxer dog. My favorite is Sainsbury's "Mog's Christmas Calamity". My granddaughter also loved that one. A few years ago I ordered from England for her, the book and a stuffed cat that looked like Mog.
I just showed this in conjunction with a brief Christmas service here at the Correctional Facility where I work. More than one resident had glossy eyes on this one. Thank you. This was very well written and acted out. Merry Christmas to all Dec 2020.

Although many of these folks had good parents and took the wrong path all on their own, I am sure others took the wrong path because of a troubled upbringing. My wish is that they are all put on the path of compassion, respect and love. Although yours is a tough environment, I hope that the all of the offiicers have it in their hearts to demonstrate these traits.💕
@@jamjar5716 We can only show, through some effort, how others are to interact. The main issue at hand is that we are under scrutiny at all times. Some do not understand that character is who you are when nobody is watching. The issue is showing the residents that you are not the "fake it to make it" individual that they fully expect to meet. Our young society forgot about the elderly society who can and are counted by God, but not by young people. Older people have the will to survive and the young generation can learn from this generation because one never knows what the future holds. He worked out to allow his grandaughter to put that star on the tree. That he is still worth and may we take the time at this Christmas to remember that God put an idea through the person to put this out for all of us to remember we all count. I began playing the video and without meaning to I happened to see your comment, as it was at the top, before I expanded the screen. Now I see the comment under yours did the same thing. The whole point of these Christmas commercials is the sweet surprise at the end.

When I gave birth to my son, I experienced a euphoria that gave me a tiny glimpse of what heaven might be like. Great! Grandpas are so wonderful. I was blessed with the best one of all. He was a retired NYPD Lieutenant and the finest man in the world to me. In his 80's he would kneel each night on the cold floor next to his bed to say his nightly prayers.
Suddenly........this is where I am. Losing the love of my life after 40 years has taken it's toll. With friends that I've had for over 40 years, we celebrate together with our memories of a wonderful life gone by.

I have been setting up a small home gym in our garage, and getting lots of resistance (I think our health is more important than our cars 'health,' sue me.) Point is today my MOM was out in the garage. She said, "if that old man can do it...." You all made her see that the BEST Christmas present she could ever give us is HER. Thank you. I am 66 yrs old and hauled my treadmill inside with the help of my son yesterday. Decided I was getting complacent and when I did have to exert myself at times, my body would ache the next day. So I have decided to start exercising again. Just some treadmill and stretching and some light weights. This commercial brought tears to my eyes bc I could absolutely relate. Perfect!
