So many months before they found the kids so there was time to get rid of all the evidence since they were moving around a lot. Clothes probably dumped or burned to get rid of evidence against Chad….he was pretty savvy not getting any of his DNA on anything.
Alex went to probably help with Tammy…and then went to Falls to have a reward.. probably given by Lori andChad. They probably got him into something on a mission regarding zombies…deep and spiritual …and put him on a mission then directed him to stay in the hotel as a possible alibi?
I think the minor changes she is talking about is how the children were to die or where they would be buried. I think this call is them worried about the children being found.
When this case is finally settled, I hope that Nick Edwards will tell us exactly what he believes those missing texts meant! He's a seasoned professional. He's spent countless hours studying all of their communications.
Chad totally used gaslighting on poor Tammy to deflect from the rash danger she was in when Alex tried to shoot Tammy.. That poor woman spent three decades of her life with that loser misogynistic liar and cheater. I pray Tammy, Tylee, and JJ get justice and Chad never spends another moment of his life outside of prison.

What frustrates me about Prior, is that you're right, he has put on a good defense, and all by himself. You would think he would at least have paid a paralegal to help with the paperwork stuff and all that. But he's doing it on his own which is pretty impressive. What bothers me is that he is sooooo condescending, passive aggressive, and degrading to literally everyone. I can understand him giving the Melanie's and Zulema, etc, a hard time and poking holes in the story, but he's rude to EVERY person that gets on the stand. And some of those people ARE innocent in this. Especially the people just doing their job, or the clueless loved ones that weren't involved in all the crazy religion sh*t. I just think you can put up a good defense without being a complete *sshole. I've seen other cases where the defense does a great job, but is still respectful to the people that have lost someone and just have some kindness. Lori's attorneys I thought were pretty respectful and not rude or condescending. Now, they didn't put on much of a defense, because Lori was STILL protecting Chad. I wonder if she's sitting there realizing that he threw RIGHT UNDER that bus when it was his turn. I think she thought they were gonna have each other's backs, but he's over putting on this "Oh I was manipulated and fooled by this seductress... blah blah blah....." They both were just as culpable, just as guilty. It truly was a volcano meeting a tornado. 🌋🌪 But I just think if you are wanting the jury to see things a certain way, having these hurt people get up and get treated bad after everything Chad already did, that just makes him look bad because he's okay with all of it. So I just think Prior should and could really change the way he talks to people. I've heard multiple people say that they could tell he's pissed off the jury a few times. I just think it wouldn't hurt to be a little nicer and less condescending. You can still ask the same questions, you can still put on the defense, but I just am watching the whole trial and when it's time for redirect, I'm like.... here we go....I already know he's gonna start off by patronizing..... Okay that was my rant about him. And then I also just wanted to say, I think that phone call was sooooo damning. He can try to spin it whatever way but if the jury heard the same call we all did...... you can clearly tell what they are talking about, if you've followed this case, or even if you haven't, you can tell they are in code, but when they start talking about the "blue prints" and how they originally had everything planned out with only a 3% chance of "trouble"..... Anyway I think ya all know what I mean. If you really listen to that call, you can see that they had planned things out, they didn't plan on getting caught, but he's trying to reassure her that everything is still gonna be okay, because it's "part of the plan" 🙄😒😳🤦♀️
That jail call! It makes me so angry, it would be hilarious to hear the delusion that these two murders spout, but knowing what lies behind it is sickening 😡😡🤬
I wish the prosecution had made it very clear that the reason they don't have all the text content is because they deleted lots of them and also because, and this is only my suspicion, that Chad didn't hand over his phone and they were unable to find it in any search warrant.

Mr. Confident, text messaging the dead, gave Lori his 100% guarantee that he, Chad, was sure that everything was going as planned and would work out. I find it ironic that Lori is so invested and buying Chad’s nonsense that he could see through and communicate “across the veil.” He claims to be certain; yet, on the very next day when they unearthed the remains of those poor children, he folded immediately and told Emma that he would not be returning. Basically, Chad knew the whole time that he is full of crap and has sold his “followers“ on his ridiculous bogus beliefs in his ability to have prophecies. He is a repugnant, narcissistic, sociopath. It makes me sick that he put down TAMMY and treated her like garbage and even in court tried to, have his attorney paint Tammy as some unfit, 40 pound overweight person, when he was an unfit 80 pound overweight person for a large portion of their marriage. He was holding an extra 30 pounds in his neck. He is the biggest fraud. Unfortunately, Lori is mentally ill and fell for his nonsense. She is absolutely 100% culpable for the murders of her children and deserves to be in jail for the rest of her life. However, Chad is the ring leader and this phone call makes that abundantly clear. He is spoon feeding his garbage Down other peoples throats. I don’t know if everyone else has the same sense of absolute sheer repugnance when looking at that man. His children are so delusional it’s disturbing. How could they be still talking to Lori while she’s in prison knowing that she played a role in their mother’s death? And how could they stand behind their murderous father who killed their own mother? Additionally, there were dead children buried by Chad in his yard. He clearly buried JJ, using what he learned as a grave digger. It is unfortunate that anyone who disagreed with Chad was dubbed dark and if this had lasted much longer, there would’ve been a lot more people buried in his backyard. I pray to God that this jury sees through the defenses nonsense narrative God knows what they will put up before their defense witnesses, which are likely to be Chad‘s children. Tammy and Chad’s children likely haven’t listened to any of the testimony about how their mother actually died because their prophet father told them how it happened in some preposterous, story, living in his cozy cone. So their "code" is actually easy to understand : Ray is obviously Alex , The down payments and project is them ridding the earth of zombies and demons (JJ , Tylee , Tammy and Charles) and Lori is asking Chad to ask Alex if he can give them heavenly confirmation or a "guarantee" that everything will work out and that Lori will be released from prison to go on their merry way. Chad proceeds to tell Lori that Alex is "optimistic" that everything will be fine but you can hear Lori is starting to doubt it. Chad then clearly goes into manipulate mode and tells Lori that Alex misses her and that Alex is not far and that Alex will still answer her questions but then Chad turns up the manipulation by telling Lori that all he can say is that "it's all true" ensuring that Lori stays faithful. He also added "they haven't forgotten" which seems to point to Angels or spirits looking after them? Lori added that she "knows they want to work on their projects but they are not to happy about the figures" which seem to indicate that they believe that they are doing God's work but that the Angels or Spirits aren't too happy about them only killing 4 zombies. Lori shows doubt and says she knows he (Alex) is "involved in other projects" but Chad quickly jumps in to say that he (Alex) hasn't forgotten about them and that he is involved in this "latest batch" which is obviously referring to her sitting in jail and getting caught. Lori then says something interesting that Alex said before the murders that there is only a 3% chance of the project failing which clearly indicates that every has been planned beforehand - Lori is upset and wants to Chad to confront Alex about it because it is obvious things aren't working out the way Alex said it would. This clearly shows that they all planned and premeditated the murders together. Lori also mentions 5 problems which points to (JJ , Tylee , Charles , Tammy and possibly Brandon Boudreaux?) which she had and that she is loosing confidence in Alex's reassurance that everything will be ok and that Alex "just has to figure it out". Chad then confesses he thought back on "that entire scenario" (meaning the murders) and that Alex said it wouldn't be a problem - This is the smoking gun everybody has been waiting for cause it shows that Chad knew everything beforehand. They then go on and on talking about it all and finally Chad puts on his prophet hat cause he senses Lori is doubting everything and he tries to convince her that this is all meant to be and blah blah blah blah *girly giggle* blah blah blah blah .......... So to sum it all up - Lori , Chad and Alex is all equally guilty. It was all premeditated. Lori is extremely gullible and believes every little thing Chad says. Chad is manipulating her completely and pretending that he is this holy prophet that see's the future and speaks to the dead and has this holy mission. Alex was also just as gullible and believed Chad and I am sure he physically killed the 4. Chad is the mastermind behind this all and will be found guilty !!!!!!!!
