Your mom is right on the difference in seafoam and divinity. Divinity also uses more Karo syrup than seafoam. That is why seafoam is lighter and divinity is heavier. Your mom looks great. Happy Birthday from the Florida Panhandle. I love to hear the elderly tell great stories. I learn so much from them. Glad my man, Big T got to go for a ride with you two. Hey 👋 Big T. Hugs 🤗 and kisses 😘 to you. I like the fall best too, but we don't have all the beautiful fall colors like ya'll do. That's why all us Floridians have to invade your area like we've never seen leaves change colors before. 😆 Ya'll are blessed to live where you do. Try to make as many memories with your mom as you can while she is able to still do things. She did great filming. we temporarily lived where Johnny & June Carter Cash got married in Kentucky not far from Nashville, your mom is sweet, we went up to Virginia to see fall colors too, the views are beautiful up there, we also went to NC and here in TN as well, it's my favorite season thanks for sharing your fall drive

One adventure I loved was when I took my mom up the west coast from the San Francisco Bay Area up to Victoria BC. We had such a great time. She passed away two years ago at 104 years old. Miss her so much

Mike I am glad to see you with your mother going up through the West Virginia mountains Mike me and Mom was up that way in the fall of 2021 and she passed away June of 2022 I will always remember that last ride with mom hope y'all had a wonderful time take care God bless

Divinity is made with white sugar............sea foam with brown sugar.........in our family we much prefer divinity (with chopped pecans in it!)........Loved the video with your Mom.

Sea foam candy is more like what my dad used to call caramel It has brown sugar and dark syrup! We also made divinity but it was made with white sugar and light corn syrup! My mom used to make potato candy with a cooked potato and powdered sugar and peanut butter. Did your mom ever make potato candy?

Yes, I agree with your Momma that divinity and sea foam candy are nearly the same thing. My Mom used to make divinity candy with walnuts in it. She passed away in January this year at the age of 88. Miss her daily. Enjoy the precious moments with your Mother! 💗😊
