Thank you, Maria! I love Erik! I love his story! Erik also does a collab with Dan Vasc - "Breaking The Silence" - on Dan's channel. The sax player is Hugo Lee (I think Erik said he was out of Australia.) Erik was the vocalist for Skid Row until about 4 weeks ago. He is a cancer survivor. He also won Swedish Idol and was lead singer for H.E.A.T.

He has an amazing voice, and manages to catch the emotion of the song. I enjoyed it. On minor correction, Maria, not meant in any way but to clarify. The Whitney Houston version of this song is not the original, but a very creative and lovely cover. The original was done by Dolly Parton and her version, as you would imagine, is also very lovely, and quite different.

im glad you loved it. he front swedish rock band Heat for 10 years, took a break then fought cancer - then skid row called and he fronted them for a year. Also - he was one of the singers on the live version of Jesus Christ Superstar that was aired on TV. (the one with john legend)
Yes this cover is awesome but i recommend you to listen to Eriks first cover on the Chanel, the cover of Black Sabbaths Headless cross he was in the middle of his cancer treatment when he did it. He had also done a Johnny Cash cover god will cut you down, Mariah Careys without you and so much more gold on his Chanel. I promise that you won't be disappointed.
