I have this home. The newer model has more paired areas. It came with a light camel color on most of the walls. Still has the white ship lap. We also took down the shelf in the living room that was an entertainment shelf and replaced it with a tall electric fireplace. We love this home. I would certainly recommend it. And it was also $20,000 less where I bought it from.

It was 55 beautifuls if anyone was counting. This is a very nice home. The beautiful's came in groups when she was describing really nice aspects of the home. It deserved more beautifuls. I have been trying to convince my wife that a nice mobile home is an option for us in the near future. She really liked this video, and she noticed how much the presenter in the video thought this home is "beautiful." My wife and I agree.

If you don't mind a minor correction....the lights that are In the ceiling are called recessed lights or sometimes "can" lights. Pendant lights are what you had just pointed out in the kitchen. They hang from some kind of cord. Like a "pendant" on a necklace. :D Also, the narrow windows above the master bedroom headboard are called transom windows, assuming they don't open. Depending which they open (to the outside or inside) they might be called an awning window or a hopper window.

Keep in mind that different areas have specials at different times. If you're serious about getting one go to a trusted Clayton homes dealer. Find an honest one because they arent all the same!

Well, it is beautiful! It's one of my favorites too! I was trying to get a video tour that showed everything WELL and she did it. It annoys me when people don't open doors or don't go in closets etc. I thought for sure, this would have had a bigger walk in master closet. I was surprised by that but other than that, a nice design.

well I live in a double wide mobile home and finance companies DON'T even want to refinance them … I don't blame them.. Our home has hardwood floors and dry wall and a huge screened in back porch and it's depreciating EVERY DAY.. It's over 20 years old and it seems the more we do to it, the more work it needs.. We aren't hard on it... Mobile homes are EXPENSIVE JUNK.. Don't get me wrong, I THANK GOD for our home but I wish a would have chosen a REAL HOUSE instead of a DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME... Remember, God loves you and God bless you ..

It all depends upon how the home is set up and whether or not it's on a slab and has it's own land. If u are in a traler park or not.

I’m living on one with a septic and city water. It is a 2000 model and it is FIXED on land. FHA or conventional will lend as long as one has good credit And the home meets inspections per FHA. Anyone who says they can’t get one needs a new realtor. Happy hunting. My house is like a vacation house. I love it.
