This home is as close to perfect as I've seen. Deer Valley does an awesome job! The layout, roominess and color scheme are all on point. The use of higher end materials makes such a huge bang for your buck. Lovely tour, Diva ❤️ I could see you living in this home 💕

This is one of those mobile homes that you walk into and suddenly forgot that it's a manufacturer home. The living room area and kitchen is very nice and spacious. The Master Bedroom/Bathroom has some nice size spacing and I love it but that MAN CAVE though ❤ Thanks for another wonderful video!

I love the home with a fourth bedroom. Also the front porch is long,but too narrow for my taste! I would extend the front and the back porches!

What a beautiful home!! I’d have a chaise lounges on that back porch with a little table and that would be my reading, meditation, and prayer room in the cooler months. Might even work for an exercise area. If a ceiling fan could be added out there that would be icing on the cake!! I’d use that little storage area for my smaller gardening items, etc. just a great home. I don’t think they left anything out!!

I would store all the items i need for outdoors, hose nozzels, watering can, fertilizer, flower pots, short shears, Outside cups , Plastic plates , BBQ equipment, etc

Nice video, I like how the house looks from the outside. Inside looks good 👍 but.. I don't like how the master bedroom is off the living room 😒 that's a no for me, I like my bedroom off the side at each end of the house. Otherwise I give this home a 8 out of 10. 💕

This has been my favorite home for years! I like the 3 bedroom, it would have been nice to know the cost. It use to be $200,000 which I thought was kinda high. That was almost 2 years ago, I imagine the price has almost doubled. I saw a manufacturer home video and the price was $381,000. For that price I would build a home

This is a really gorgeous Home Diva. Love the beans in the ceilings throughout the home. The Powder Room right off the entry is definitely a plus. Nice big kitchen. I love the fact that the den is completely separate from the living room. Nice big bedrooms nice utility room absolutely love the back porch. I would put my Electric BBQ smoker out there in a minute. With a plug-in outlet being out there that is definitely a plus as well. I love that storage closet on the outside to with the wooden door. I'll put some plants on the back porch. & I would store potting soil & extra accessories in that storage closet. Love the master bedroom and huge master bathroom. And I love the curtain drapes throughout the home as well. And is always very nice when doing mobile home tours with electricity. And you said this one had air-conditioning? Now that was an A+ & a first! Thank you for another awesome tour😉👍!

I love the side door. I want a carport and/or a garage. There's lots of natural lights. Nice size bedrooms. Love the powder room!🙌🏽 Nice size master bedroom. The master shower is huge, love it! That master closet is 🔥🔥🔥🔥.

@@jamesbass9797 HI there, she always tells us the information to the dealer is in the information section and to contact them at the end of her videos. She tells us to contact the dealers. I went ahead and I called the dealer. As is in the video is roughly $285,000. I hope this helps. Be a great day.👍🏼🙂

Wow you talk so much I had to replay on mute. I really like the home. I’m not being mean but I became distracted waiting to see the next thing. You said you were going to give your opinion. You had some good ideas. Less talking would give me an opportunity to use my imagination or see myself in the home. May you evolve as you continue your journey. I would redesign the front porch . I will shortly and extend it out. Started at the triple windows on the front where the dining room is and I will stop on the other side of the window at the half bath. Triple width add ceiling fan. I definitely would trim on the base in stone as you recommended.

Love the home. But front porch is not wide enough. Move microwave from over the stove. Change tub in master bath to a stand alone tub.

That extra room off the kitchen you said would be your husband's man-cave, I would make into a Library and put an actual door, double French doors maybe, in it. I'd also either remove the island in the kitchen or make it more narrow. I'm handicapped and sometimes have to use a wheelchair. No room with an island that big to go through the kitchen in a wheelchair, and maybe not in a walker either, which I also sometimes have to use instead of my cane. I would close off the door into the hallway completely and put more shelves in that area. That back porch I'd have closed in with windows that can open on top, and put a table out there to eat on and whatever when the weather was fine! Love the front porch too!

Seem this model before with slightly different design in kitchen and dining room didnt go through to other room. The island needs to be reversed because those pot and pan drawers should be on the side of the cooking range.

LOVE that storage off the back porch. You could store charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill, potting soil, gloves, and tools, clay pots, coolers, wild bird seed for the feeders, (sealed air tight of course, don't wanna atract bears lol), if you own the land, put a pool in and store your pool supplies there...

In my personal opinion, Deer Valley homes are one of the highest quality homes you can find. I have nothing bad to say about them.
