I am so glad that Varsha was so confident in her body. Many of the girls/women don't feel the same way including me. When I put on weight during pregnancy, I was always hesistant to let anyone click my pictures.

Same goes to skinny people Relatives neighbours say " ghar mai khana nhi dete" and for the bigger people they always advise to eat less exercise more . They just don't treat them normal

Keeping fit is important. Just to be healthy and for the ease of moving around quickly. For daily errands and also in an emergency situation.

Somehow I feel film industries and celebrities are more responsible for this as they give us gyan about body positivity and how we all are like that but always cast fair people, create an idea of perfect body, doing surgeries on face and bodies and create a so called criteria..Our parents only want us to be Healthy ( majority) but it's us who creates these beauty standards and follow these so called influencers...

After my pregnancy I was also gain weight & looks fat.. But I was never looked myself like that Iam like am okay with my body or shape.. But whenever looked by others eyes to me on mirror then I thought why people always looks different others it's upto their(our body our own) wish to be right..

Im not plus size like varsha. Im little healthier but i excercise and diet to keep myself fit . Yes plus size models do exist in the world. I never make fun of heavy girls . All shapes and sizes are beautiful 😊 . Stupid men and society should understand that 😠

Becoming overweight or obesity is absolutely not good. But ya to shame one person for these, needs protest. So please motivate a person how to lose weight, not to live with it. But being a doctor I would say if ur getting fat because of ur lack of activity or junk food And u are inviting health problems then u should loose those unwanted fats and don't just stick to your obesity saying Don't BodyShame. If You are healthy inside out then being oversize is not an issue ❤ And same advice to undersized skinny people as well😊

Yes, being beautiful doesn't matter with size, height,or complexion, but,If someone is fat because of any kind of hormonal problem, or, any other medical suffering, then it's completely understand... But, being obese just because of eating trashes all day and everytime, and, not burning extra calories, and, still thinking about positivity, then no-one can help.

This clip will probably have people either strongly liking it or disliking it based on their own body-type. I too dislike body-shaming so never did it nor tolerate it. But, I feel the Like Tak team could have shown it in a different way. Varsha is plump and possibly obese too (going by BMI value). So, on one hand Life Tak team wants to raise awareness against body-shaming, but on the other hand it ends up disregarding obesity / unhealthy or poor fitness levels. Perhaps, the Life Tak team could have used a dark-skinned person to convey the same message better.
