This was just a random visit to show you different stay options and also for future plans but we found many things which are not appropriate to invest money there in buying land.
We have shared our opinion after 3 visits.
Although this is a good place for Tourists to stay there and spend more time.

यह सुनकर बहुत अच्छा लगा की आप अपने चैनल के माध्यम से लोगो को जागृत करने का प्रयास कर रही हैं यद्यपि मेरा मानना है की लातों के भूत बातो से नही मानते । मेरा भी अनुरोध है सभी चैनल्स से कि वो भी ऐसे संदेश अवश्य दें अपने वीडीयोज़ में - या तो अंत में या आरंभ में । एक पहाड़ी होने के नाते मैं भी बहुत दुखी हुँ पर्यटक स्थलों की दूर्देशा जो पर्यटक करते हैं और प्रशासन भी आँख मूँद लेता है यह सब देखकर भी । और प्रशासन ऐसा इसलिए कर पाता है क्योंकि नेता भ्रष्ट है या अपने ही भोग विलास में व्यस्त है। जय देव भूमि उतराखंड और हिमाचल ।

Very true. We stayed in Soon during 81- 88. It used to have dense for set after crossing Rispana river. All have been destroyed in the name of development. Very Sad!
