You are so right😊 I suffer from anxiety currently, but since I meditate regularly, I stop resisting the feeling of anxiety. During the meditation I just did, my heart began to pump very rapidly at one point, fear came up, but I stayed aware, listened to moojis voice and observed my breath. And it passed me like cloud. Already feel much better :) I will continue until all the anxiety is burned

Simple effective meditation with Moojis perfect voice...but...the session is interrupted 4 times by adverts. Defeats the purpose. The first advert started with 'My father was an alcoholic who used to beat me as a child'. Adverts should be excluded from these sessions.
