Good floorplan. Wish it was about 1500sf. Too big otherwise. Roof is almost 10 yrs old. Insurance may be a problem. Why are cabinets in baths so basic and ones in kitchen so nice? Baths seem to need a deep cleaning. Furniture is just meh. Never on a golfcourse. Need a fence for my animals.
Well the included furniture is hideous so that’s a dumpster run I don’t need. Baths are dated with cheap fixtures. The tile grout looks filthy throughout the house and a 2015 roof is too close to an insurance replace. I would say this house will drop at least 85k in value over the next 9 months given the current inventory surge, summer market dead zone, and comps to new construction. Unfortunately these old homes just cannot compete!
