I like the first house. Curb appeal seemed nicer and although not as updated, it was very clean and ready for my own updates. My concern with the second would be seeing neighbors below the wall. Although you stated wall issues are rare, the wall is holding up earth that is housing the home. Heavy rain and just years of weather can hinder the structure. Scares me a bit. So I’d rather be on golf course dodging golf balls than possibly my house sliding over a wall lol!

Gas stoves, be careful what you hear & propaganda messaging! They are pushing everyone into electric & only electric, don't want us to love or use any natural gas. So now according to "studies " gas is bad for us. Yeah, right. Very nice home though and love these videos. Keep em coming!
