Find a portal which is way easier said than done if you don’t know what you’re doing, my method is use the scanner in my exocraft and scan for alien structures and go to said alien structure to solve its riddle which is simple so long as you’re reading the text, after you’ve correctly solved the riddle, interact with the structure again to give it a korvax casing, vy’keen effigy or gek relic and it will give you the location of the portal once you get to the portal activate all of the glyphs and then type in the glyphs to go to a location of the galaxy you’re in, if you don’t want to lose the portal, place a base to easily teleport back to it if you end up wanting to go somewhere that fascinates you but don’t wanna travel half way across a galaxy via warping, it can also be a galaxy jumping way which is type the glyphs that lead to the centre of a galaxy and go into the centre to teleport you to another galaxy, though once you’re in the new galaxy, you have to fix up your starship, exosuit, and multi-tool so just make sure you don’t have a mega load of technology in any of those unless if you have the patience

Make sure the galaxies match.

I visited them with no mods so I’m assuming no. Not sure if some used 3rd party tools to build though

@nolopada if you were able to visit and see them without downloading anything surely there are no mods nor 3rd party tools. I didn't realize there are so many building sets and pieces.

You’d be surprised, I’ve visited bases made with a software outside of NMS, it edits your save file directly but still uses the vanilla base parts
