I want you to feel at peace. That is why I began this channel: to offer a space for you to rebalance the relationship between your mind and body through beautiful and calming music. Sometimes work, school, difficult times etc. can be overwhelming, but I've always found that being surrounded by music has made all these circumstances more bearable for me. My son is 6 and he’s autistic, he sleeps every night to this particular video and sound. He grew up on the coast, by the ocean and we moved away 2 and half years ago. He found this video all on his own and it’s his favorite video to sleep. Every night I asked him to put on sleep sounds and he puts on this video. Thank you for this.
