For who asking where was it filmed at. I am living in Hong Kong, so should able to answer. That was from a mountain at least 3km far from runway. There is no car to reach but only walk to that point. Respect the man!
Interesting. I thought it was taken from the control tower. Maybe because of the ling distance we see the plane tracked over a long distance showing the same side. But how could the conversation be recorded?
@@prabhakarj931 How the ATC was recorded? He used a radio scanner which pick up the ATC voice. He filmed the plane as he held the scanner next to the camera.
I like go there and film the plane taking off. How far to walk to the mountain from the city? Surely one can take a 🚕 to the mountain base and walk up the mountain, so how far to walk up the mountain from the base? What's the name of the mountain area?
Hello. What a fantastic vantage point you have when plane spotting. Indeed a very mild and pleasant evening especially spotting so many heavy take offs to all the corners of the world. Thank you for sharing!
Not sure if you've ever flown in an A380, but it's the exact same when on board. It doesn't feel fast enough to create lift, but it's almost weightless as it goes airborne. Bizarre and thrilling feeling.
@@EverthingsApple I read somewhere the wings produce 1.2 million pounds of lift when it reaches V1 with such large wings it really doesn't have to go that fast to generate lift and it will appear to float off the ground.
@Roborav But we still aren't certain if they were aliens. I believe that aliens exist, but if they have developed technology that can reach further out into space then they won't bother to make contact with humans.
@Roborav Yeah, I understand it completely. I'm not saying Aliens don't exist. There is a high probability that they exist, because the universe is so massive. But I think if they have tech that can travel at light speeds, they won't bother to contact us, because there isn't anything that they can get from us. It'll be a waste of time for them.
Longest flight in the world on SQ21 now uploaded ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rjgar2ckT1M.html Please comment which will support my future flight :)
I do think a lot of people remember the old Kai Yak Airport and it's approach. Those were some beautiful landings and take offs back then. The new airport is nice.
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL TAKE OFF BY SINGAPORE AIRLINE !!!!! With wonderful thanks to AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS of Hong Kong airport !!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB !!!!!
@@mpamorse many years ago they used to let you listen in on ATC on one of the (plastic pipe) audio channels in the US. I was shocked at the speed at which the conversations were made, having heard European ATC before.
This was kind of funny. At around a minute or so I went to 2.0x thinking, 'Where's this A380 then?' No sooner had I thought it than it slid into frame like a beast.
We will be going to Hong Kong again when this is all over, don't worry. I hope my videos bring you joy. There's been many fun videos since this video was made including a 4K new camera.
