I flew on Cathay a few times, I will say, it's one of the best airlines I've traveled on . The flight attendance is the best I've seen yet. Very courteous people.
Thank you for a beautiful video. It brings back so many memories of my last visit to HK. A double decked bus we were on broke down on the highway shown at 5:28 near the bottom of the screen and my family and I waited quite a while for the rescue-bus to come.
I was lucky (or am old) enough to experience a real Kai Tak landing!! Well, lucky for the experience, at the time it was bloody terrifying 😃! Love Hong Kong.
The video remind me when I landed at Kai Tak Airport that time on Singapore Airline Boeing 747 many years ago. It was a scary moment whem I looked frm the window the wing tip almost touched the building on both side of the plane. The plane had to ajort the 1st landing and shoot up fir the 2nd attempt which was successful. Thanks for the video good job.
Nice to meet you. You went to Hong Kong Airport by Cathay Pacific's Airbus A350-900. This is August 1st at 4:35 am Japan time. I'll subscribe to your channel. Thank you for your continued support.
This has to be one of the best landings. It is as if the aircraft never left the ground. Cathay Pacific at this time is one of the world's finest airlines. Sri Lankan airlines is also known for excellent service and landings.✈✨🏅
@@troll231 Have you flown the airline? If you have not flown do not judge. Unless you have some special powers that you know before you try something.😇🤭
Amazing high resolution camera! Hong Kong is a nice example of the global problem of people creating congested urban area, conurbations, because they can earn paper money. Village life was killed by robots.
Yes one time i travel cathipasfic airline from hong kong to australia perth airport this is very good airline clean and need cabin crew is very friendly i like
Cathay Pacific pilots have been complained by many airports that their taxiing speed on the runway is too slow, which affect airport operations. Cathay then warned all the pilots, so the speed is much faster now.😂
Construction will not end until the new T2 is complete, and the second runway (still closed) is reconfigured and brought back up. Even when all that is complete, T1 will probably get updates due to being 30+ years old. Just several years after the airport opened in 1998, expansions were already beginning. Hong Kong doesn't really stop building...it's too densely populated to stay still; things wear down and age very quickly with such heavy use, and the tropical climate doesn't help.
Great recording. Can really see Hong Kong's places ... starting from the south side of Hong Kong Island, up to Hebe Haven in Sai Kung and then across Tsuen Wan and along the iconic Tsing Ma suspension bridge towards Chek Lap Kok (you zoomed in on the HZMB Hong Kong Port Passenger Clearance Building that takes passengers along the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge). I did a similar recording when landing in Hong Kong at night. Enjoy ... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-74B_uL9Ta1o.html
