I can never get my under eye to look so bright!! Even if I use a lighter concealer it still blends into the foundation and looks even how do you do it???!!!!!!! Even setting powder doesn’t work!

I think after putting the concealer on, she lets it sit and “dry” for a couple minutes before blending it out. I’ve tried this, and it definitely helps the concealer stay in the area you put it rather than blending out into the foundation. At least this has helped me!
