It is a flat definer brush from Morphe, but I am not sure which one! I will grab any flat definer brush or angled brush for that type of liner :)

I used the BH Cosmetics Studio Pro 8 brush. I know what you mean about pencil brushes that are stiff and uncomfortable-this one is very soft, but still firm enough to do what it needs to do! It is the perfect pencil brush for the lower lash line!

I honestly prefer the Elf Poreless Putty! I purchased the Benefit Porefessional once a couple years ago and never repurchased because I didn't love it. :)
