Every time I watch this video, I see it as the retreat of a world famous artist (the small bedroom being the studio). I see small gatherings of equally famous artists dining alfresco on the terrace, the soft breeze ruffling their big floppy hats and fine linen shirts, the scent of heirloom roses perfuming the air, enjoying a relaxed afternoon drinking fine wine and chatting with friends, well out of the limelight (using high powered water pistols to shoot down any paparazzi drones for sport)

What a lovely town! I am not a town person, but the whole place kind of blends into the landscape, just like my over 100 year old house does. It all just fits, nothing garish. My goodness, it's lovely.

Looked this one again , i love it so mutch , the style , doors , looking up too that castel, walking trail ... iff i could add one more small guest house outsite , i would sell my mobilehome and trade it for a smaller one so it won't be a problem too get up there ... find out how i can pimp up that small bathroom but the outsite with the bbq place . Well it will make someone very happy . But totaly my taste well done . Romantic 100% ❤❤❤

My wife and I were just in Roccacasale in mid May and came across this house by sure coincidence… a friendly suggestion for unique properties like this one - you need to highlight it is at the top of very steep hills and walking and driving to a property like this is not for the faint of heart, literally and figuratively… great views but whoa what a climb…..

Hey Dave, Happy Easter, I absolutely love this place, the garden is so cute, the main floor can be divided into two rooms a little differently, if people want that as well. If you can get a car up there, there looks like enough room to park it on the property. This is a great place for a single person, or a couple, to live at. Love it, Thanks for showing it.
