You can see she works hard and takes pride in what she does. Most of the Asian cultures seem to have a very strong work ethic. No wonder they excel when they move to America and other Western countries.
Dunno.about that man I've seem a lot come to Australia and believe with a percentage of them the work ethic is left behind and some just want to.sit on ass and live for free. There is that about some of them!! Work ethic is great but I really think in 50% of them the work ethic? it stays in Asia.
This kind of thing is common all over SE Asia. I had some very relaxing head and foot massages in Indonesia including while my ex was having her hair done. The salon personnel weren't as pretty as these, though.
around 78/79 i was enrolled in some engineering classes at a southern california college. three different colleges at different times. some of my classes were all vietnamese students. one thing that struck me right away was the way (math class) one had the answer he would pull the others in and discuss the solution. americans did not do that. many of them carried full course loads. full meaning five 3/4 unit classes and worked full time. i found them to be great people and the women equally so. vietnam was still fresh in peoples minds at that time and they took a lot of grief. one time i asked one of them what they liked to eat and he said they ate mostly food from their country. i ended up taking four guys and two ladies to a buffet in tustin and bought them lunch. they loved it. talk about eclectic choices lol hope they all did well.
@@javiertorres9114 Because American women stay at home as housewives. They cook, they clean the house, they wash the dishes. American men don't like women who work
There was a Vietnamese barber near the Air Base my dad was stationed at here in America, I was 10-12 at the time. The girls were all South Vietnamese who came over to escape end of the war. Anyway it was a full service barber just like in video, I got massages, neck rubs etc. Needless to say I miss that place, those girls knew how to keep the customers happy and returning. The shop had 10 chairs and the lobby was in a enclosed courtyard and was always full to capacity, 40-50 men and their sons😁
I think these Asian women have such wonderful personalities and sense of humor. This is so special. They are beautiful inside and out. God bless these sweet ladies and stay safe.
She actually earned her money for her service. I would love a hair cut from there. I used to get my hair cut in Georgia where the lady would massage my shoulders along with the hair cut. The first time she did it I was taken aback. Nice video mate!
The video was amazing, and the culture of this people is outstanding, very impressive, good manners, that's what we need in this world to make a place for everyone!
Their manners were great especially considering his total lack of them. He was happily disregarding their clear discomfort at being filmed and asked personal questions!
I had a similar wonderful experience getting a haircut in Malaysia. The service was wonderful, they were genuinely happy that I was using them and the results excellent. I tipped the equivalent of the cost, since it eas so inexpensive. Such nice people!
That’s amazing brother... enjoy... I’m locked down with wife and children in NYC(corona). My lunch time is over; I have to go back to homeschooling the children.
@@kissthis5361 imagine you got a costumer from a foreign country, he keeps on talking tho you can't really understand him. what would you do? i was actually amazed that she wasn't fazed by the rude remarks like "you don't have much costumer"
I'll be honest, I started watching the video believing it was filmed in Thailand & could not tell that the ladies were Vietnamese. Then you started talking about 'Dahnang', and being somewhat slow I thought 'amazing that sounds like the Vietnamese place. Oh boy!!! As for your experience, I thought it was absolutely brilliant. Who would have thought a simple hair cut would turn into so many amazing extras? And good on you for tipping. I am sure that she appreciated that.
I lived 5 years in Korea and their haircut service is second to none. I don't know if it is the same now. You got a haircut, shampoo, hair dryer, manicure, facial, a nice gentle massage by several young ladies and you felt like you were pampered like a king. I'm sure they do all that at this Vietnamese barbershop too! I'd let her cut my hair any day. She's pleasant, efficient and does a great job!
Lol I had to laugh at the "un Australian" part, then I immediately started picturing him going "Oi your a shy cunt aren't ya" lol. Probably a good thing most Aussies know not to use cunt so freely in other countries, lol.
Bro you made me laugh when you said " foot clean and a hair cut in the same day, how amazing". Then when you got off the table you said " Just asked for a hair cut whats going on?"
Full service Vietnamese Barber shop provide "hair cut, wash, perm, blown dry, after that, facial, back, hand and foot massage, shaving ,sauna and full body bath." Guarantee you walk out a new man!
Love Asia. Lived there for years. In Taipei the barber shops would do more than just cut hair. They would give you a shower too. In Asia in general hair cuts include extras. From neck rubs too to special extras! All depends on where you go. Which country. Cheap too like in this video. Asia is a man’s paradise in general. They are still traditional for the most part.
Except for sex. Thai women think sex is for reproduction only. They do not enjoy sex. After 5 years here in Thai I am disappointed in Thai women. if you want a woman to be h your Mommy then Thai women are great. Not cheap but they take of you.
I can only admire her staying professional, doing extra services free of charge to help promote the business in front of the camera. even tho the guy overdid it a bit. this girl has brains and might be a bit shy but continued to lead by example in front of the rest of the girls .
Here where I live (far west Houston metro area) most of the hair cutting and manicure shops here are owned and/or run by Vietnamese. They behave much like shown in this video and the prices are always the lowest compared to other non-Asian run shops. From 1982 - 2001 when employed in restaurant management I made the point to hire (as much as possible) Asians to work for me. They were always very hard working, loyal and honest and never gave me (and my customers) any problems. One of the restaurant I was tasked with managing in far southeast Houston was (at the time) one of the worst performing of that chain (out of 65 restaurants in the Houston metro area), in a few years after we got our act together, we were the 4th best performing restaurant in the Houston market. No small feat! The crew I had were like family.
A guy at work used to own and run a manufacturing business and he couldn't find anyone to do some of the really grimy stuff. He employed a team of 5 Chinese guys to do the work and his productivity skyrocketed. He paid them massive bonuses at Chinese New Year and they'd come back to work and work harder. He sold the business and he told the new owner the only piece of advice I can give you is keep the Chinese guys on, no matter what. Needless to say the new owner didn't heed the advice and went bust in 3 years.
We went to Vietnam in 2018. I freaking LOVE Vietnam. It's my number 1 Asian country for food. Service was good, and the women were pretty. I was with my wife...who isn't a jealous woman at all and even pointed out pretty women when she saw them because she was admiring their beauty and style (clothing).
@@stivengarcia7332 - Well that's because we had crooked idiots for leaders back then, 85% of our country back then as well as today say's "The Vietnam War Should Never Have Happened" and I totally agree.
I thought that initially only hair cut was the plan. Then came the foot massage and cleaning and after the head massage and shampooing etc etc. These girls are trained to raise the heat and bill......
hard to believe a 29 yr old hair salon lady thats, kind, polite and very attractive isn't spoken for. No wonder many foreigner men find love when visiting Asia
Don't be silly, you think you have to ask us about seeing her again in a massage video? She's so lovely, I would even watch a video showing her peeling potatoes. 😊
I went to get a haircut once when I was younger and it was very similar to the service you received, I was in Canada and the owners we Vietnamese, they had a daughter that was visiting (looking for a boyfriend/ husband, I assume) she was so kind and beautiful that I was amazed how I felt leaving there shop.
The question about age is the first a Vietnamese ask to be able to address the person correctly as the language address people differently depending on their age relative to the other persons age. So the question about the age is far from rude in Vietnam, it is actually a very common ice breaker.
It is normal practice in Asian countries to get this at salons. Any traveler reading this, remember to be respectful of their culture and don't be too forward. Vietnam is a country that has grown up where their parents and grandparents have told their children the truth of the horrific injustices of what western men did to their country. Never forget that.
I am Vietnamese. Most of us already moved on. The past belongs to the past. But I like what you wrote: be respectful when you travel to Vietnam. Treat poor people with dignity.
Visited there for 3 weeks in 2014, a great time was enjoyed. Their service is spectacular, happy place to be. The girls are so fine and full of passion.
@@guillermoortega4582 no it means like he's talking with her in good vibes no intention to flirt like other foreigners who lures girl for sex especially when they met them in salon or beauty parlour.
That was amazing. The women seem so nice and really seem to take pride in their work. I wonder how much the haircut and other things she did would have cost in the States, probably over a $100.00
