That’s on the cheap side for all it includes. Where I live, also in Portugal, this types of houses go for at least 400k. Just the pavement for the car drive is worth at least 5k in materials.
Acc to ourworldindata P has a vaxxrate of 95.3% - if true there could be less than 500k Portuguese in a few years - real estate could be for free and not only in the country side.

I can not believe you showed this house. We viewed it twice and made an offer 10 years ago, but were piped at the post. All looks similar to how we saw it then. I look back at your video and smile , l was disappointed at the time, but we did find our dream place ,paradise was waiting, but not there. Hope who ever buys enjoys the place. Best wishes.
That's interesting as it sat for a long time unsold, we only viewed it as another property fell through, and we felt it was a good investment. We heard someone offered more after our offer, but the owner felt a connection with ourselves.
Get rid of the eucalyptus trees… The stupidest thing Portugal ever did was to import those eucalyptus trees from Australia… For the paper industry in Portugal… Those trees just suck water out of the ground and cause fire potential…
Houses in the south of Europe, indeed are sold with a lot of furniture included. A friend of us sold her house in Spain and, including paintings and art, were included.

Huge house, very good condition with a lot of thinking in planning. I personally would keep all the wood details but change all the tiles and walls to brighter color to make it look more open especially the upper floor but absolutely beautiful and the price again, as an Israeli it's almost for free
@@destino2portugal couldn't agreed more, I can not explain how the price is redicules in Israel, just can't!! It's like I can easily buy it without any mortgage but that price isn't enough here for an house but a 20 sqr store... It's crazy

Yes it's called imi but you pay more if your property is south facing and gets more sun also if you got a swimming pool they come along and get the rest of your money check that out and you will find what I'm talking about
