That young man needs antibiotics and a face care regime that will clear up the serious infection he has on his face. Extractions alone will not do it...he needs a dermatologist.

Loan, would you educate me as to why there is no attempt to drain the pus and exudate from the cysts rather than just wiping off what starts to come out and leaving that lesion?

@@icare4you123 yes I read that in certain parts of world, dermatologists are very few and far between. Most people have to make do with an aesthetician. I am sure Loan is doing her best, but this is a really bad case of acne.
Pimple Popping has become my ‘drug of choice’. It has a calming effect for my anxiety while making me feel good. Alas, it is highly addictive and I find that I’m needing much stronger and more frequent ‘fixes’ as time goes by. This session is fantastic but I do feel for the poor boy as he is in a lot of pain.
I am at a loss for words.....bless his heart. That all looks so painful and so many pus filled and just sores....have mercy. Its so sad....why did he wait so long to get help? Puppet Master You do know we don’t get to see the full treatment? Most people are only interesting in the popping, so that’s what gets shown. The face scrubs, exfoliating etc are done off camera and they deal with any residue. Apart from that, the poor guys face will be sore enough without heavy duty squeezing that would invariably leave his skin bruised and even more tender for days. Is it that hard to put your trust in someone very highly regarded and skilled at their job rather than being critical?
Delenn Moresby yes , it is, since the viewers believe they know more than the clinician. They also believe the truncated video gives them the totality of the treatment , as you have suggested. It is amazing , but true.

Back in Episode 135, you did a video of how you prepare clients for extractions. It would be interesting to also see what you do for after care before they leave your spa.

Most likely because this kind of acne is extremely painful. She wouldn't be accomplishing a whole lot by making this poor guy's face even more inflamed. They likely clean the face really well before and after it's done
This left me angrier than any video I've seen of this type. 1:50. 2:25. 2:55. 3:55 for starters. Horrible! They need to be empty to heal. You left half of the contents in every hole. If you have been his beautifying for any length of time, you are causing this infection! I just watched as you gently picked out only half of the stuff and I'd the little ball didn't come out, you left it. You need to see that the infection on every pimple of this type centers around the little ball. You don't know what you are doing! Look at that face! It needs some who knows how to clean every pore and doesn't just pick with the end of the needle.

Beth Poole I don’t see infection here. I see sebum and normal exudate from pimples. But there is no pus or signs of infection. They should heal up nicely. Fingers crossed! Most of Loans clients do heal very well with clear, scar free skin. Let’s wait to see this young man when the treatment is finished.
Doctors are treating acne less an less with antibiotics because the drugs often cause more problems .they dry out the skin ,but also dry out eyes mouth and elsewhere so you can end up with dry fragile skin and still have the acne Also the antibiotics arnt good if you live in a tropical climate ( they cause a bad sun reaction ) they sure have it tough!
Chris Vallandigham What video were you watching?! There is most definitely a LOT of infection on this poor young mans face, puss and blood. I know it's not easily available in that country, but this guy needs antibiotics at the very least. In the US he would most definitely get an antibiotic injection because of how much infection he has and especially the location of it being so close to the brain. In addition, he would get steroid injections in the very inflamed areas to take down the inflammation. For the haters, don't even think of commenting because I most definitely know what I'm talking about.

She should get all the infection out an then next week when he comes in an pays to get the rest of last week's infection out,,it wouldn't be so bad,,she leaves more then half of the pour full with rotting puss,, I wouldn't pay full price for a half way done job...there should be a manager or a boss to check the half way done job she always does or a other worker to go threw an finish the rest of the job an get ALL of the puss that is rotting in his face out,,every video she is in is awful an only half way done,
Why will she only squeeze each spot one time😣 when there's still more in the pore. Instead she wipes it that doesn't take it out you need to squeeze it out. But a good video still😍
He's in a lot of pain. I'm guessing she had to get as much gunk out as she could without causing him agony, send him home with some skin treatments and see him again at a later date when the inflammation had settled down.

He was in so much pain my heart cried out for him. Loan I know you will do a great job and what is best for him. I felt really guilty for watching and seeing him in so much pain but I couldn't stop watching. In the last two to three weeks we have witnessed historic extractions from Loan Nguyen Spa and Sac Dep Spa. These brave young men are enduring pain to be free of acne and on the road to beautiful skin. I applaud all involved in these videos! Bravo to the young men and bravo to the technicians! I am wondering if Covid 19 delayed their seeking treatment which exaserbated their condition.
Some of this extraction was actually pretty good which is surprising for loan as she tends to go too fast and not extract enough. there are definitely places where you watch and she simply makes a pop and leaves pus inside the pore. Obviously this kid is in a lot of pain and so I'm sure she's trying to move fast. There's an old saying " you never have enough time to do it right but you always have plenty of time to do it over"
This is only the first step in Loan’s process. Loan usually will squeeze the area once, she doesn’t like to squeeze more than that. She use to show the entire procedure but now she only shows the pops. Once she’s done opening the pores, she goes back and uses bamboo tubes to extract the remaining contents. All of this is done in the first visit. If you will familiarize yourself with her older videos, you will see that she does it correctly the first time.

This is a good video but it kind of boggles my mind that I'm more sickened by the camera work and not the subject matter. The swaying and super up close shots do me in.
As a kid I couldn't have endured my skin inflamed like this cause kids and people can be so crule I remember how mean the kids were in school I really feel bad for people with bad skin like some of these guys

The look of pain on this boy's face is heart breaking to say the least, I hope these clients are offered some type of pain management. At least for the painful and severe cases. I hope all this is worth it and his end results are satifying

It's exactly the videos we want to watch, the only thing is that there were some soars you had to keep squeezing, you left infection in bacteria inside the pores, next time please just make sure all the infections are out and the pores are left clean, thank you. One channel you might want to see is Hien van spa. The clients get several other treatments as well as this removal technique. She also gives reviews of the clients and the results are fantastic. I watch Loan, Hien Van Spa and Sac Dep Spa.
Elena Cocchi my suspicion is this Hien van spa deals with more of the cystic acne cases. The acne vulgaris types. Or possibly the chloracne types that seem to have polycystic lesions. I believe the Loan spa might refer those types of clientele to them. Madame Hien handles the more mundane cases as well, but it seems like she does those outside of her Hien Van spa I don’t know this, I have surmised this.
Loan steams the face before ,gives them a facial and cleanses them after.she has put the various treatments on her feed ,but not all at once ( and I think a lot of people complained they were boring 😆) loan also wrote about what she does somewhere including what she gives them to do in between .i can’t remember which video it was on and I couldn’t work out how to cut and paste it
Acne, like cysts, can run in families. Hormones play a big part too. Cleaning out the pores and using good products can help. Hot, tropical climates don't help either. It's not just confined to young adults. I had acne until I was in my 30's.
