It’s called magnification people! We are zoomed in. The techs don’t see was much as we do. And blackheads and whiteheads refill. Takes about 90 days. So clients have to return a number of times.

Me too. Sometimes you can see that there is more in there, it might even be sticking out a little but she does not go back to get it, it’s just on to the next one. Sometimes I just want to put my hand through the screen and squeeze it out myself.
What makes her decide to stop emptying each pore when she does? Because, I bet if she gave each one on the jawline another squeeze, more contents would pop out. Very frustrating. 😪

This treatment is done in several sessions ; according to the case the amount of sessions may vary. Pores are usually never totally emptied during the first session, sometimes even the second or third one, due to different issues (inflammation, infection, pain, discomfort). By the time the treatment is done, all pores will have been emptied. And the result will be perfect.

I don't believe all of the contents is being extracted, I think this means they can come back. A bit more diligence, I think. I do like to watch these kinds of pops.
That comment can be seen on every channel, and when we write them, fans usually start debating us. The base of the pore has to extracted, or the size of the opening will continue to grow, and the sebum will adhere to the bottom of the pore. In many videos, you hear the patient or they wince when some are extracted. That's because they've grown too deep into the skin.

It’s annoying! As someone else on this video mentioned, yes we don’t have to watch them, but me personally, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Yes I know I don't have to watch these videos and yes I know they're free but it was almost like she was deliberately leaving half the contents behind in every pore. You can literally see the remaining contents hanging out each pore and she was just moving onto the next one. I just feel sorry for the poor patient who is trusting her to clear out each pore properly as she is doing a very bad job of that.
Glad to see in comments that I am not the only one who does a lot of wtf? thinking while watching this lovely young woman do her work. Most common problem to me is squeezing from was too close to the pore, the sliding her fingers/gloves over the hole she just made while she's squeezing. Then the fact that many of these, especially the big ones, are left less than half emptied...wtf? lol Just squeeze a bit of pus and sebum out, slap some cotton on it and move on. Does YT have them so paranoid of showing any blood that they are doing half-ass work so as to no cause bleeding?

What a great video. Not surprising it has had 11 million views. Great content and slower than her usual breakneck speed. I really enjoyed watching this, in fact i'm gonna watch it again right now. All you minnie moaners can just go swivel or just don't watch this lady if you are so upset by the way she works.
They get more views for disastrous care than helpful and thoughtful care. This person is scarred, infection spread, in pain and will have months and months of darkened spots because this kind of treatment is so badly done. People like to see bad stuff happen. I, for one, don't. Also, by giving such bad care and so many people not knowing it is bad, thousands down the line will be covered in scars, bruises and infections. I mean, a blackhead isn't an infection, it is the tip of a sebum plug turned dark from oxidization from the sun and air. Infections not only spread on the surface but in the oil ducts too. I wish people would stop praising this stuff. In truth, people have lost large amounts of skin and even died due to unsanitary skin treatments. Nope, nothing to enjoy here except one or two spots she did right.
You can't start on something and leave it,it'll grow back inside and become very infected,causing bigger issues and pain,even if it's hurting,she needs to keep going,and remove all content of blackheads and pimples ect
OK..I can totally see why this video got over 1 million views so far and only 9k likes. It also got a lot of people worked up. His acne is SOOO GOOD they she should have taken this, spent way more time completing the extractions and made a small series. Yes I know she has lots of clients but now that she has more help, it would have been a smart choice (especially for her channel)! I love her and think she is so sweet BUT in the many years I’ve been watching her videos, she rarely does a complete job. I give her the benefit of the doubt sometimes as I know how some clients are extremely sensitive. I would have LOVED to see Thuy do his extractions!!???!!
Most of the people in these clips are suffer from a disorder called hidradenitis suppurativa, you can google it for details. The clips we see are just part of a long complicated course of treatment. Cleaning out the pores and anitbiotic treatment will start the healing, but a long course of predizon is needed to calm the system and stop future eruptions.

Wish you guys would use cotton tip applicators for the majority of your extractions. Save the fingers and extraction tools for the few truly difficult areas. The cotton tip applicators are better for extracting all the debris from the pore, as opposed to just the top portion of the pore.
I dont agree with this. God made fingers for popping spots, not Q tips that the plastic hard end of is doing all the work.. will cause more bruising too.
Yes! It’s too wide, too sharp and she puts it too far into his flesh. She does get it right, sometimes, but mostly not. The tool, from my experience, is to coax out some really hard, stubborn pores. If the skin is moistened or steamed first, then I often didn’t have to use the tool...
He will definitely have some scaring with those deep jabs. Ouch 🤕 that has to hurt. She digs for gold but decides to leave it and and takes the pick ax to the next spot.
I can't believe she left half the crap still hanging in the pores. She did that so she can have a repeat customer once those areas get reinfected. Very poor job
Ya know folks, for what I watch these vids for (which is pure mindless entertainment) this one fits the bill perfectly!! Lots of variety, and most of them nice and big!! So you can moan and groan all you want about “she didn’t empty the pores” or “piling the contents on the glove is nasty” or”she just stabs and rips with that thing and makes a bloody mess”........ I say “BRAVO, Sweet Huong, BRAVO!!!
The fact that she's making holes in this kids face to NOT even empty the pore is criminal. That poke she does causes damage and creates scar tissue. The fact that she pokes and then leaves stuff hanging out of the skin or doesn't even really try to get it out is wild to me. I counted 15 pokes where she changed her mind and decided not to squeeze or didn't empty it out before I stopped watching. I think it's so the patient has to come back. You’re right! As a nurse, this person is at risk for getting a staff infection because the technician is using the same cotton surgical pads To wipe away Blood over other parts of the persons face that she has already exposed!

I must say, Huong is the ultimate master when it comes to the forehead. There is nobody out there who can do those extractions better. She finds all of the pimples, under the skin and on top of the skin and she extracts everything. She is much more thorough than any other popper on YT. Thanks for sharing Huong. ❤
Compared to the ones who don’t pierce enough and do not squeeze enough to clear the pore I am okay with this. (Providing the needle started off sterile.)
I love your channel and videos, but it drives me crazy that you’re not more thorough about cleaning out the pores completely. Obviously leaving stuff hanging out of some when all it would take is another squeeze to clear it. I don’t get it!

@@lauriecraver5229 the bamboo tubes are used just like the clear plastic bottles attached by other aestheticians. If you see them move the tube opening around the area of the bleeding blemish it's to build up suction so it will remain in place and draw out contents of the wound. It's not anything that has deep meaning just a scientific purpose. I do worry about how they would sterilize those porous tubes as to not carry organisms to the next client. BTW I didn't know this personally my daughter who is an aesthetician here in the US told me of techniques in other countries. I'm an RN but have no idea what they use in Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia or Laos when it comes to skin procedures. Concerning the emptying of pores which everyone is complaining about, these women usually go back thru the areas and empty them. We don't see everything they do. But even if they don't get all of the sebum they will get it next time.
The needle is a lot smaller than it looks, the camera is zoomed in on it and these are under the skin. She knows what she's doing there would be a lot more blood if she was just chopping up their skin.. It would do way more damage to try and push squeeze out the content without opening it up.
I don’t know much about this but lot of the incisions seem unnecessary since the same amount of stuff seems to come out either way. My main issue is when the pus filled pimples are popped and then the same instrument continues to go on which increases the chance of introducing infection to other areas. At least wipe it with an alcohol swab.
@@D-me-dream-smp First of all, wiping the blade with alcohol would not sterilize it. You need an autoclave to sterilize a blade. Secondly, a person can't be infected by their own blood. Do you think surgeons sterilize their scalpels after every incision? It's simply not possible. A simple knee surgery would take ten times the amount of time.
She used to be so throughal and gentle. Now she leaves stuff behind and is a savage with that knife. She cuts the skin unnecessary. I feel for her clients.

Really good face to pick - very nice . You do only have to break the underl ayer of subdermis - it looks painful having that puncture tool shoved into the under tissue . Lighten up a little , just squeeze - if you have to pilot a hole try not to go so far in . When I was going to school for my license had a long course just on the layers of skin and proper depth. Now we both know that you have to squeeze until it stops coming out and every once in a while you're going to poke one then nothing's going to come out of
