Right Laura has said some/typed some not so nice things when she was younger about other races + Jackie has said a lot of things about white peoples on her Channel (double sided remarks) that are not soo nice. Both women have grown and we are proud of them both! And we can’t leave out Manny, no one is perfect…..that’s why it’s called Life. ❤❤❤

I’m not going to lie… I stopped watching Laura lee for YEARS because of the drama that happened (idek what it was) so now I’m happy to see them together. On Arnica, my mom went through Chemotherapy in 2019, and she has AWFUL bruising in her inner arms. She would put arnica on her injection area less than 30 minutes after her infusions, and her bruising was minimal compared to when she didn't use it. Its also amazing for elderly persons who bruise easily.

I swear by arnica! I had loads of stitches inside and out after 3rd degree tears from a traumatic birth and my mum got me arnica to put in the bath. It helped so much. I was crying everytime I needed to pee! I was a mess for 6 weeks! Arnica in a warm bath was the first bit of relief I got. I just wish I had known about it sooner!
