I've recently recieved mine - can you explain how you charge it up? Do you connect the mask to the controller to the wall? or am I missing something? Thanks for the vids - prompted my purchase!

You are most welcome 💕 you unplug the little oval unit from the wire that attaches it to the mask. Then on the other end of the oval unit is a charging point that you plug in the cable too, then the other end of the cable is a usb plug to plug into a usb point to charge 😊 hopefully that makes sense 😆

Great update.........with red light and infrared light U should not use it for more than an hour on Ur face, neck ect. The good thing is U can use it as much as U like, the usage instruction is just a guide, so find out what works for U. £99 was a bargain, especially with infrared light, so congratulations, enjoy, enjoy enjoy...........Red light is good for low mood and can help with sleeping at night too. xxx Sarah
