I remember when the violet grey insta started way back when I was obsessed ! How exactly do you shop the space, do you pick up product on the floor or have to make a list and they get it for you from backroom stock ? Xx
Glad you're a Violet Grey fan too! Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to shop while I was there (I meant to go back another day but didn't have time) so I'm not completely sure.. I know there's no stock on the floor, just testers, so I think you probably ask one of the friendly staff to gather the products as you go ☺️👍 x

It all looks amazing, but for some reason I've fixated on the vintage telephone at 2:51. Absolutely classic, straight out of a 1950s Hollywood movie. I cannot rest until I've found one just like it for my boudoir. Thanks heaps for this odd new obsession. :)
So many amazing vintage pieces inside! They even have Dean Martin's director's chair in the makeup studio, and two chairs from the film LA Confidential 👏 x
I live a half hour outside Los Angeles and let me tell you there are so many small unknown beauty stores in downtown Los Angeles it’s insane and it’s always great to support the locals considering the insane rent in California.
Matilda One of my favorites is “The Detox Market” it’s a clean beauty store very nicely decorated and last time I was there they sold Kosas and other clean beauty brands

Still testing out the ColourPop highlighters ✨ I don't wear waterproof mascara so I haven't tried Bioderma on that type of formula. I always use Chanel's eye makeup remover, not Bioderma on the eyes x
Just wanted to say I finally tried the UltraViolette sunscreen on your recommendation. It's really great!!! ❤ Foundations in america/canada are whitecast only, and I've tried some asian branda and they tend to be really alcohol-y.
